This is a 21 year old female with no children who is 5’5″ and 105 pounds interested in a breast augmentation. She is seen here after a breast augmentation with 300cc smooth round high profile silicone implants placed beneath the muscle through a small incision at the bottom of her breasts.
The photos are at six months after her procedure. The photos with her shirt show her before surgery wearing a padded bra and after surgery without her padded bra but with her new “full time” breasts. They look quite similar.
She worked hard molding her breasts to achieve her cleavage as her breasts were widely separated from the midline of her chest. It was well worth it though, as her breasts are quite impressive now. She wears a great bra that keeps them towards the midline and up. She will benefit tremendously from this habit.
