Patient Details
This is a 32 year old mother of two who is 5’3″ and 131 pounds. She is Asian. She is seen here after a bilateral breast augmentation with 350cc high profile silicone implants placed beneath the muscle through an incision at the bottom of her breasts. She didn’t want them too large, and she wanted them to appear natural.
She told me that many of her friends have told her that they thought that her breasts are real as they look so natural. She told me that they are a “perfect” size, and that they fit her figure and her lifestyle.
Asian patients typically can scar more than “white” patients. The scar can also be darker than others as well. Therefore, scar location for this procedure is important. It needs to be made around the areola or at the bottom of the breasts depending on the individual patients anatomy.
