Patient Details
This patient underwent a bilateral silicone breast augmentation with implants placed beneath the muscle through a small, well-hidden incision along the lower breast fold. In addition, I performed extensive liposuction of the anterior axillary folds—commonly referred to as armpit fat, underarm fat, or axillary fat (highlighted by the arrows in her preoperative frontal view).
This combination is a powerful approach to reshaping the upper body. By enhancing breast volume while simultaneously reducing fullness along the lateral chest and underarm area, the breasts appear perkier, more defined, and better balanced. Without the distraction of excess underarm or armpit fat, the overall contour is smoother and more refined, allowing the breasts to stand out in a natural and aesthetically pleasing way.
