Patient Details
This is a 35 year old woman who is 5’5″ and 110 pounds who was interested in a breast augmentation. She was found to have an asymmetrical chest on examination and this was confirmed when we tried on the silicone implant sizers.
She is seen here after a bilateral breast augmentation with textured, submuscular silicone implants 305cc on the right and 285cc on the left.
I make adjustments on the size and shape of breast implants dependent on the nature of a patients anatomy. Experience helps tremendously here as your surgeon can make these adjustments/refinements based on her/his experience.
