Patient Details
This is a 41 year old female who is 5’7″ and 140 pounds interested in a breast enhancement. As you can observe from her photos, she clearly has nice shapely breasts. She simply wants them larger and with more “bling.”
She is seen here after a bilateral breast augmentation with smooth round high profile 275cc implants place beneath the muscle from an incision at the bottom of her breast.
Learning points:
- A small to modest breast augmentation in an attractive breast with some size often results in some of the nicest results because the ratio of her native tissue to the breast implant is good. It’s not like you are inserting a breast implant beneath a thin layer of skin that really can’t hide the breast implant.
- Making sure the size is right is the key to a breast augmentation. To ensure this in my office, I spend plenty of time with my patient trying on sizers in front of a full length mirror. This ensures that we get it right. The procedure itself is relatively straight forward.
- There are several pictures of her wearing a bra because I want to show everyone that you can find a working bra that is also very pretty.
