This is another post operative day one before and after gynecomastia surgery patient story showing a young man with asymmetrical gynecomastia. Note the obvious—the huge improvement/change and the ability of his skin to retract well even when his case is certainly advanced in appearance and size.
Asymmetrical gynecomastia is not anything different from standard gynecomastia except for the fact that the chest enlargement isn’t symmetrical. It’s much more difficult to hide and to deal with mentally. Gynecomastia treatment surgery can effectively create symmetry along with the removal of all gynecomastia tissue. This is a big deal for this young man.
