This is a 32 year old mom of two who is 5’2″ and 129 pounds who wanted a “mommy makeover“. She is seen here after a bilateral breast augmentation with 350cc high profile silicone implants beneath the muscle. We also did a full abdominoplasty.
Combining these procedures is quite common. There is a powerful synergy when breasts are augmented and the abdominal area is made more narrow. The result is curves, and for most women curves are a good change.
