This mother of three was interested in a mommy makeover – body contouring and a breast reduction. Because of her excellent breast tissue, we elected for a breast reduction and liposuction of her trunk and extremities. We expected her skin to retract because her abdominal fascia was relatively strong; however, we discussed that she might need an abdominoplasty (at a later date). Indeed, she is very happy with her results (although imperfect) and therefore did not request additional procedures.
Note that her breasts are much smaller than they were before but don’t look as small (in this photo) because of the extensive liposuction of her trunk (which makes her breasts appear bigger). If we had performed liposuction of her trunk (without a reduction of her breasts), her breasts would look huge in comparison.
