This woman desired liposuction. She was a good candidate for liposuction, but would not have perfect results because she had loose skin hanging from the upper portion of her abdomen. After informing her about the possible outcomes based on her skin type, we performed a 6650cc fat removal, spending a great deal of time contouring the excess fat on her abdomen. The “after” photos were taken at five months post-operatively. Her weight decreased from 153 to 141 pounds, and her size changed from an 8 to a 4. Her skin responded well to the liposuction.
