Patient Details

This patient is a young lady who had a previous breast augmentation with me and then wanted larger breast implants. I suggested at the time that she consider liposuction of her trunk as she was full in her trunk but not overweight.

She is seen here after the removal of her existing implants and a breast augmentation involving the placement of larger implants in the same pocket as well as liposuction of her trunk.

She is about two months out from her procedure in these photos. To say that there has been a dramatic change would be an understatement!

In the right patient, a breast augmentation and body contouring are an extremely powerful tool for creating the ultimate female dimensions. In a young patient who has excellent skin and is not overweight, liposuction is the way to go.
