This diabetic woman desired perkier breasts. We performed a straight breast lift Mastopexy procedure (reshaping of the breast without tissue removal or an implant). I also contoured some of the excess fat on the side of her breasts with liposuction so they would have a more youthful appearance. She had some “skin breakdown” beneath the right nipple-areola that required healing over several weeks. Please note: Diabetic patients don’t always heal as well after a procedure. She is very pleased with her result. Her post-operative photos show a dramatic improvement in the shape of her breasts.
